Charissa Richardson
Manager/RN
Charissa has been a registered nurse for more than 10 years. Her extensive background in nursing includes years of experience in ICU, med surg, home health, and hospice. She has made it her life’s mission to advocate for the elderly, provide care for aging seniors in an environment that is cozy and secure, and make sure they receive the highest quality care.
Drew Richardson
Manager
Drew graduated from the US Air Force Academy with a degree in Business Management. Following his military service, Drew has devoted himself to Garden Ranch. He received his QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel) qualification. Drew believes in preserving the quality of life for the seniors in his community.
Amanda Harris
Administrator
Amanda Harris works as the administrator for Garden Ranch Assisted Living and Garden Ranch Home Care. She is QMAP certified and has experience as a Memory Care Director for many years. She received her Administrator’s certification for both Assisted Living and Home Care. Amanda believes her purpose is to serve the elderly and care for them like they are her own family.
Maggie
Maggie lives at Garden Ranch Assisted Living. She provides joy and companionship to the residents every single day. She loves playing in the back yard and retrieving whatever toys the residents, family members, or caregivers are willing to throw for her. Maggie’s calm demeanor and caring nature make her perfect for the Residential Assisted Living setting.
Matt Ware
Senior Placement Advisor
Since 2004 Matt Ware has been a trusted guide helping families in New Mexico, Florida, and Colorado with their real estate journey. Matt now extends his support and experience as an advisor with Garden Ranch. Families can rely on him to ensure placements that prioritize comfort, safety, and emotional well-being. Matt believes in enriching lives through thoughtful senior placements.
